    • we will treat one another with dignity and respect. we will not tolerate any abuse or disrespectful behaviour. we will foster a safe working environment for all.
    • we understand that not everyone is looking for critical analysis of their work. it is up to the author to request/solicit specific or general critique.
    • everyone has the right to participate and be included in open conversations.
    • we remain open-minded and think before speaking.
    • we value one another’s presence and contributions.
