I’m a Perth-born educator who has worked professionally as a freelance cinematographer and photographer for the past ten years.

I graduated from Murdoch with a Bachelor of Screen & Sound Production, and went on to get a Diploma of Education. I have worked as a cinematographer, director, producer, editor, photographer and teacher across creative and commercial projects. As a teacher, I have focussed on refining the instruction of ATAR Design (Photography Context), having success with WACE award-winning students.

In my freelance life, I’ve worked for local and international clients on everything from music videos, short films, commercials, corporate videos and documentaries. I’ve shot stills for bands, high-end fashion, lifestyle and magazines in both studio and on-location environments.

My creative work has been exhibited and screened in galleries across Australia, including the Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts, the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia and commercial galleries across the country.

This year I have established ‘studiosix’ as a hub for creating and sharing work & knowledge.
